“Convenient location, friendly staff”

“The staff was great. But the breakfast was very small on variety. The sausage was so greasy and full of fat tasted bad. There was limited fruit.”

“The staff was friendly and the location was great. We just had two issues. The AC unit was making a lot of noise. My husband realized the problem was the panel so he put a napkin to make it stop. Also the bed backboard was dirty and part of the bathroom wall had fingerprints. My advice would be to clean the walls at least once a week. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to let the staff know about the issues at checkout because my husband handled the checkout while I was on a phone……

“Very outdated rooms. The swimming pool was not available. Travelers need to be told/advised, including on the websites. This was one of the reasons I booked this facility.”

“Please don’t stay here. Lightbulbs were missing from almost all the lamps, the bathroom was very dingy, shower was filthy. TV didn’t work. When I asked the staff, she said “ sometimes it takes 10 min to warm up”. Ummm no.”

“This was an amazing experience. Everyone was helpful and I felt I walked into a restful location that was not bustling like most places you stay. The dining area was big and inviting. You wanted to eat breakfast and not feel rushed in and out so there is room for the next people. LOVED this experience and can't wait to stay here again.”

“Room was clearly not mopped - wiping up some spilled water off the floor the towel came up brown with dirt; sink had a brown ring in the drain as did the ring around the shower handle. The floor corner of the bathtub where water often seeps past the shower curtain onto the floor was caked with brown dirt - had not been cleaned for a while. The redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is newly built so everything still looks and feels new, but they are not doing a good job of keeping it……
